Vi söker en designintresserad projektledare till Weekday’s byggteam med placering på vårt huvudkontor i Göteborg. Tillsammans med oss, leverantörer och landskontor kommer du att leda byggnation av våra unika inredningskoncept på en internationell marknad. Weekday ägs av H&M Hennes & Mauritz AB och är ett retail koncept, därför är det ett plus om du har erfarenhet av retail sedan tidigare.

- Har dokumenterad erfarenhet av projekt inom bygg och konstruktion.
- Obehindrat talar och skriver engelska.
- Har bra organisationsförmåga.
- Kan driva projekt självständigt.

The Assistant Store Manager of a Weekday store is responsible for the day-to-day management of the store, such as planning, leading and delegating the store activities in accordance with the Store Manager, overall company policy and concept. For the most part the job consists of being part of the daily sales and finding new ways to improve sales and working to achieve the company goal and budget. Furthermore, the Assistant Store Manager shall actively work to manage, motivate and inspire the team.
Reacting to the circumstances of the store sales is one of the main responsibilities. Furthermore the Assistant Store Manager takes care of keeping the employees updated, improving routines and being in charge of the conceptual look of the store together with the Store Manager and Visual Merchandiser. The Assistant Store Manager is a role model for the staff and also an advisor for the costumer.

Designer at Weekday, substitute for maternity leave
Are you a creative and experienced designer who takes great joy and pride in being trend-conscious? Weekday is looking for a new designer!
As a designer at Weekday, you will be working as a member of the design team that are developing the MTWTFSS collection. The post is a senior position, and a full time assignment, located at the Monki/Weekday head office in Gothenburg. The position is as a substitute for a maternity leave.

Responsibilities
As a member of the design team at Weekday you will take part in mapping out the over-all direction of our MTWTFSS collection. You are responsible for the product development and to continuously drive the brand forward on a conceptual level. You are always searching for new trends and sales strong products. You are also responsible to lead and develop your assistant.
Your special area of responsibility will be the development of the MTWTFSS men’s collection. This includes developing the assortment; creating sketches, colouring, and designing individual products.
Your profile/personality
You are an experienced designer who is confident in your skills and ideas. You are trend conscious with a great sense of colour and shapes.
You have at least three years of design studies at a university or post-secondary school level. You also have documented experience of working as a designer for three years or more. Your skills include working with Adobe Illustrator and being a fluent/skilled user of English.
As a person, you enjoy collaborating with others, taking responsibility and working in a buzzing, creative environment. You look forward to using your skills in a company with a strong identity of its own, both brandwise and fashionwise. Weekdays Buying Department is looking for a Teamleader for our office in Göteborg. You will be responsible for supporting, developing and managing the buying team to insure that Weekday reaches its’ highly set goals. You will be responsible for, together with the team, planning a profitable product range and maintaining sales and profit according to budget. You will also be responsible for developing all product areas together with the team and the Concept Manager at Weekday.
You are currently an experienced Senior Buyer with a degree or equivalent qualifications in fashion and business. You have documented experience of leading a team as well as developing and implementing business strategies. You have the ability to prioritise and make decisions under pressure and you are able to analyse problems and provide suggested solutions.
You have exceptional organisational skills as well as being creative. You are genuine, humble and a great team player. You like to take your own initiatives and varied work and solving a range of small to large issues every day motivates you. You are ready to travel and you are fluent in English.
The position is placed in Göteborg at the Weekday Head office.
